Training Solutions (HCaTS)
The General Services Administration (GSA), in partnership with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), has a requirement to provide customized Human Capital and Training Services (HCaTS) to all federal agencies. The acquisition will result in two new strategically sourced, government-wide, multiple award contract (MAC) vehicles – one unrestricted and one small business - to support OPM’s previous Training and Management Assistance (TMA) program. Deltek estimates the combined ceiling value of the vehicles will be $5 billion.
