Federal Opportunity Advisor Report: Navy's Rapid Product Development Sustainment The Navy’s Rapid Product Development Sustainment (RaPDS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract (ID/IQ MAC) is intended to assist the Sea Warrior Program, PMW 240, in developing, acquiring, deploying and sustaining IT systems with full lifecycle support for the warfighter and business enterprise. The procurement is anticipated to be a small business set-aside with a government estimated ceiling value of $300 million.
