The Army’s Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) acquisition represents the consolidation of Strategic Services Sourcing (S3), a well-utilized contract vehicle with over $15B obligated to date, and Rapid Response Third Generation (R2-3G), with $1.74B obligated. The new RS3 will be used to support services for requirements with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Command and Control (C2) Systems Integration Directorate (C2SID) related needs.
