The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Production Management Operations and Maintenance (formerly known as COMMITS) IDIQ provides IT support services at the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center and FEMA Headquarters along with regional locations and call centers. FEMA has spent more IT contract dollars through this vehicle than any other major contract vehicle, outside of the DHS EAGLE / EAGLE II Contracts.
